Press Clay Studio is designed as a private creative archive, not a public social platform.

We do not publish your project records, photos, notes, or archive content unless you intentionally use a sharing, export, or public-facing feature that clearly indicates the content will be shared.
We do not sell your private studio content.

6. User Content Ownership
You keep ownership of the ceramic work, photographs, notes, sketches, glaze records, project records, and other creative content you upload or create in Press Clay Studio.
Press Clay Studio does not claim ownership of your creative work.
You give Press Clay Studio limited permission to store, display, process, back up, and transmit your content only as needed to operate the platform and provide the services you request.
This includes allowing us to show your content inside your account, organize your studio archive, support exports or downloads, maintain backups, and provide technical support when necessary.

Paid memberships are processed through Stripe.
Press Clay Studio does not store your full credit card number, debit card number, or complete payment credentials on our servers.
